McGuigan Signature Rose 2011

Flavoursome shiraz fruit was selected from vineyards throughout the prime vineyard region of South Eastern Australia to create this lively, easy drinking wine. The fruit was carefully managed from the vine through the process to ensure the lively fresh berry flavours were retained. After crushing, the juice was kept on the skins for only a couple of days to deliver the wonderful vibrant rosé colour. Fermentation then occurred in stainless steel tanks before being fined and bottled. Natural fruit sweetness has been retained in this wine, making it a perfect partner for summer dishes or simply as a refreshing drink.
